Product Overview

The TDK RF Solutions HAP-01 Horn Positioner is used for remote positioning of horn antennas, both in the horizontal and vertical planes, to illuminate objects that are larger than the beam width of the antennas used in the system.

Remote Control The positioner can be remote controlled by the TDK RF Solutions SI-300 system interface unit. Two independent control units are used: one for vertical (y-axis) and one for horizontal (x-axis).

Fiber Optic Link Remote control of the positioner is achieved by use of fiber optic links, eliminating line noise and distance limitations.

Custom Dimensions The dimensions of the positioner are dependent on the customer’s required illumination area. Dimensions are limited only by the maximum length of cable that is used.
